Easter and other spring holidays traditionally symbolize rebirth, renewal, and fresh beginnings. On these holy days we celebrate not only the miracle of life and the triumph over death, but also the importance of kindness.

So why not start a brand-new tradition at your family table—a tradition of dishes that sparkle with vitality, health-giving nutrients, and richness of spirit?

How about a feast of ravishingly yummy, all plant-derived foods? Animal-free dining might be a lot easier, more gratifying—and let’s not forget scrumptious!—than you think.

While cruising around some of our fave foodie websites we assembled the following recipes for a fun, festive, fruity and flowery holiday menu to reaffirm life, inspire your soul, and tantalize your tummy too.
