Hugs: everybody needs ‘em, and nobody gets enough of ‘em, whether it’s on Valentine’s Day or any other day. But here’s one sweet and pretty lady who’s ready, willing, and purring to dispense plenty of hugs to you every day.

Meet Puff.

Info about Puff provided by PAWS of Coronado:

Puff was obviously loved very much. She was raised from kittenhood by her human mom. Her quiet and friendly demeanor tells us just how much her first mom loved and cared for her.

But one day her mom was gone and Puff went to live with a relative who really didn’t want a cat. It was a hard time for Puff and when she was put in a box and brought to the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF), she was terrified.

With the gentle kindness and TLC she has received from staff and volunteers, Puff does feel a little better. Still, after losing her mom and her home, she is sad and a bit confused about life at the ACF.

This gentle girl can be quite affectionate. When you entice her out of her cubby and pick her up, she pushes in to be as close as possible and nuzzles her head into your neck. And when you pet her she rewards you with a steady rumble of purrs.

Puff longs for a loving home of her own once again, and will make someone a wonderful companion. She will always be there to welcome you home, she will offer you gentle nudges and comforting purrs, and she will be your devoted feline friend.
